Common Questions

Do you provide custom meal plans?

No. Not even our 1:1 clients get meal plans. We do not believe in restricting yourself to a meal plan, and we do not teach our clients only to eat certain foods.

What do I do if I want more help?

You can send me a DM and I'm always happy to help answer any questions you have.
