Once the gym owner has agreed to go forward with running a Lifestyle Challenge, the next step is setting dates.
Own this phone call to make it clear to the owner that we take care of everything for them. Setting these days will help streamline the lifestyle challenge.
1 - Set Challenge Seminar Date on a Saturday AM. InBody scans will happen from 10-11am. Seminar will start at 11:15am sharp and run for ~45 minutes.
2 - Set registration week start: The Monday four weeks before seminar date
3 - Set Hype Week start date: One Monday before registration opens
4 - Note dates when Recruitment Email packages will be sent out: The Friday before each Monday of recruitment weeks.
5 - Set 2 x update phone calls during the challenge with Affiliate manager: 1 phone call the Friday of week 1, 2nd phone call the Monday of week 4
6 - Set BODZii Review Date: Last Saturday or Sunday of the challenge/
*After these dates are set, make a post in #challengedates on Slack to communicate these dates with the rest of the team.
Finalize the sale by sending the gym their welcome package.
This package is to be sent 2 weeks before the beginning of Hype week so that gym owners can familiarize themselves with processes, and be reminded of all important dates.
In the Welcome Box, include:
Follow up via email within 48 hours of package being sent to confirm receipt.
Before hype week starts, a program needs to be created in the BODZii App, a landing page needs to be created, and a Facebook page needs to be created.
You should have an Admin account on the BODZii Web App. If you do not, please contact email@example.com.
Log-in to your admin account and follow the steps provided below:
Head back to the programs page, click on your program, and you will find ID associated to this program in the URL for new users at the top.
The URL is now http://app.bodzii.com/register/ID
Every challenge needs their own Facebook group. If this is the first challenge a gym has run, a new group will need to be created.
<<Gym Name>> X BODZii Lifestyle Challenge
Make this group private, and set affiliate manager and RD as admins.
This group is where members will see all important dates relevant to them along with a link to book their first InBody scan.
Create an announcement (previously called a pinned post) at the top of the Facebook Group including all important dates of the Challenge:
THANKS FOR SIGNING UP FOR THE CHALLENGE! HERE ARE YOUR NEXT STEPS AND IMPORTANT DATES!:
1 - Registration closes:
2 - InBody Scans: <<include time (9-11am) and link to schedule their 2 min appointment>>
3 - Seminar:
4 - Prep week begins:
5 - Challenge day 1:
6 - BODZii Review:
7 - Challenge day 28:
After the Facebook Group is made, you now have the link to get people to join. You should also have the special link created in the BODZii Web App for registration.
Create a new landing page in square space, branded with the gym logo with two Call to Actions.
1 - Register now (hyperlinked to the App Program registration) and
2 - Join the crew (Hyperlinked to their Facebook page)
URL for landing page: www.bodzii.com/<<gymname>>
The Facebook group is where members participating in the challenge will communicate with Team BODZii along with other members. This Facebook group is the community of the challenge. Before hype week begins, all content must be scheduled out on the Facebook group.
Use the Challenge Content Guide and refer to post dates to schedule out posts through Facebook.
These posts are to be posted as BODZii under the Admin user.
*Challenge content will change based on the number of challenges a gym has done. Make sure you refer to the correct Challenge Content Guide before scheduling out your posts.
If a gym has completed more than one challenge, after registration closes and before prep week starts, remove all members from the Facebook group who have not signed up for the new challenge.
