When you get a new affiliate:
One time a month, open up your availability to be onsite at your affiliate to chat to members during classes, and complete free nutrition consultations. You can also move some of your Nutritionist Assessments during this time as well.
Using Acuity to Open up your availability
Acuity allows you to open one one day for a specific type of appointment. For each affiliate, there will be a set of appointments associated with that affiliate. For most of the appointments, your availability can be more open since they are done remotely (ie. Nutritionist Assessments and Free Consultations). On-site consultations require you to set your availability based on Type Group in Acuity.

One time month, plan with your affiliate gym owner a time to go into a coaches meeting and discuss relevant nutrition and BODZii Topics with the coaches. This is a time of education for the coaches to make sure that they’re promoting us as their nutrition company. It is also important that the members get consistent information from us and their coaches in their gym. Topics like “How to talk to your member about nutrition” or “How to approach or answer common questions” will be some topics of discussion during these sessions.
Use this time to updated coaches on members that you're working with as well.

Free Consultation > Client chooses desired level of program > Coach emails client and CC’s the gym owner on a “confirmation email” > Wait for payment confirmation through the form of a Nutritionist Assessment Appointment OR a Registered Dietitian Appointment
IF RD Assessment > RD assigns coach based on territory > Send welcome email within 24 hours of RD Appt.
