Now that your coach knows you, your habits and your challenge areas, it’s time to design your plan and next action items. The Design phase builds on the Discover phase.
All things you have been working on and accomplished in the first phase will continue in phase 2. Action items will include things like: Focusing on macronutrient consistency ,getting enough protein, managing fat intake, increasing micronutrient intake, increasing activity level. Continue to take progress photos, measurements, track your food and log your activity.
A successful Design phase is building compliance in your daily food log. A successful phase is moving closer to your daily macro targets. A successful phase is also continuing to log progress, giving your coach a detailed weekly report and checking all daily habits.
