Track Your Food (2pts)

Use an app like My Fitness Pal to track all your daily food intake using the custom macronutrients we give you when you sign up.

Drink 2.2-3L Of Water (2pts)

Ladies, aim for 2.2 L minimum. Gents, aim for 3L minimum. Black coffee and tea count up to 2 cups each day.

Sleep 7-8 Hours (2pts)

Aim for a quality 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Yes, you can count your naps towards your hours.

Prioritize Food Quality (2pts)

Build your meals around whole, one ingredient foods with no added sugars and no high saturated fats.

60min Of Physical Activity (1pt)

Aim for 60 minutes each day of activity that pushes you. Running, cross-training, HIIT, swimming, cycling are all great choices.

15+ Minutes of Mobility (1pt)

Recover with at least 15 minutes of mobility each day. Stretching, Yoga, or foam rolling are all great options.

Take a Vitamin D & Omega 3 (1pt)

Aim for minimum 2000IU of Vitamin D and 2000mg of Omega 3 Fish Oil each day.

No Alcohol (2pts)

Give yourself an extra 2points for going all day without alcohol.

Take A Progress Photo (1pt)

Keep 'em for yourself or share with the world to see your amazing progress!

Push yourself and gain 10 points by running a half marathon. Don't forget to screen shot your workout on your FitBit, Apple Watch or Running app and share with the group!

10-Day Macro Streak (5pts)

Dial it in and hit your macros bang on for 10 days and we'll give you 5 points!

Read a Self-Improvement Book (5pts)

Get inspired, motivated, and work your brain. Read a self-improvement or self help book and share your choice with the group.

Share Your Progress (3pts)
